How long does my order take to ship?

We ship mornings when the shop is open, Wednesdays through Sundays. Most orders will ship within a day or two, but note that some items fullfilled by a third party — such as art prints — will likely take longer. In the area? We also offer in-store pickup!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, no. We only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

We are unable to offer refunds on packaged tea blends, but if there is a quality issue just send it back and we’ll replace it! For non-food items, we’ll happily refund or replace any broken or damaged items.
