Plants have been supporting women's bodies for thousands of years and they're still showing up for us today. Join Sacred Openings Apothecary for an intimate evening dedicated to the herbs that nourish, balance, and tend to women's hormonal health across every phase of life.
In this cozy, hands-on workshop held at The Humble Mug, we'll explore ten powerful plant allies: oatstraw, red clover blossoms, red raspberry leaf, nettles, motherwort, vitex berry, sage, black cohosh root, wild carrot seed, and dandelion leaf. You'll learn what each herb does, how it works in the body, and when you might want to reach for it — whether you're cycling, navigating fertility, deep in the postpartum season, or moving through the transition of menopause.
You'll sip your way through samples of each herb as a tea, so you can taste them, sit with them, and start to understand them as the allies they are. Then, you'll have time to craft your own personalized blend to take home with you, something made just for your body, your season, and your needs.
This workshop is educational in nature and is meant to empower you with knowledge, not replace medical care.
Space is intentionally small to keep things intimate and to make room for real conversation. Come curious, come as you are, and leave with a cup of something that's truly yours.
Early birdy: $75 until March 12
Late birds: $85
